I could not believe how much I spent buying healthy food. Atkins products are way over priced if you ask me. As are the weight watcher dinners, and the South Beach as well.
Fruits and Veggies have always been over priced in my opinion. I cannot wait until spring when I can start my own garden...and when fall arrives, I'll be out picking apples, strawberrys, and anything else I can get my paws on. (With any luck, by fall I'll be about 40lbs lighter
) It's a lot cheaper to go to these farms and pick your own fruit. Also, I am not sure if y'all have farmer markets, but watch for those as well. You pay about half of what you would in a store.
