I have a friend who was told she was borderline diabetic and that if she didn't make some changes really quck she was going to be diabetic. She's been using the South Beach Diet for almost a year now, and she's probably lost nearly 60 lbs. It's working for her, but I think any descent program would work well for her. She's motivated to prevent the diabeties from setting in.

I really would love to win The Biggest Loser Book and DVD I am really ready to make change in my life and feel these would be the total support I need. I need to lose about 65 more pounds
