Has 2008 been great??
It's had its ups and downs. I had a huge bout of depression, struggled with the flu which was followed by a really nast chest infection, Sort of split with my wife and generally had a crap time of it.
However, enough of the really depressing stuff. I'm on track to make my target weight by the end of this year. I'm working out 6 days a week, 3 days cardio and 3 resistance. I'm stronger physically and mentally than I have ever been.
I'm revamping my Fitness Academy site and hoping to push that at the start of 2009.
BTW I thought season 5 of TBLUSA was vile, full of people in it for all the wrong reasons. Will give season 6 a look but if its starts off the same i'll give it a miss.
