Thank you guys for the words of encouragement. I need a place to keep track of my progress and get feedback from others going through much of the same struggles and triumphs to keep me going.
This week hasn't been too active. It's been scorching hot outside so I've been spending a lot of time outside with my nephews at spray parks and with a friend who was it town. I've been eating pretty well. I'm hoping to get to the gym tomorrow.
Have any of you seen Body Worlds? I went to it Sunday and it was so fascinating.
