The road to making a difference....
I have decided to go along with Missy's lead and make a general thread for my progress.
I have weighed in today at 236.4lbs. As it stands I am on a dangerous road to many different health problems. I have problems walking long distances, I lose my breath easily... I'm all around not feeling great day to day. So I'm going to make a solid effort to change my life starting now.
