Just finished a book -- Jemima J. by Jane Green.
It's about this girl who's overweight and her struggles.
It was one of those books you sit down with and just devour-- and easy read.
I loved some parts of it and thought it was so accurate as to how you feel and how you're treated when you're overweight.
But there were also parts that I thought were just wrong.
I don't want to go into it too much, but if anyone else has read it, or reads it, it would be interesting to hear what you have to say about it.
I love it when I find a book that I read like that -- and when I have the time to get lost in a book.
And while I liked it, there were parts that I found disappointing.
I am determined to get to the Y tomorrow. I haven't been there for weeks. It's not that I haven't been exercising at all, but I know it hasn't been as intense as my Y workouts.
Summer is flying by! Keep my in your thoughts -- my 15 year old is taking driver's ed. and he needs a lot of practice time. Yikes!
