I'm really starting to think my body doesn't like lunges. A few months ago I pulled my quad from doing them...Dennis gave it about 2 months to heal and then we tried again about 2 weeks ago. I've been doing them fine until last night when I pulled my left hamstring! ERRR! Guess it's back to plain squats and jump squats for me until it heals again!
I didn't lose any weight this week...I've been maintaining though which I am happy about. It's been a bad couple weeks because we've had so much going on every weekend...and it involved lots of good yummy food. We are celebrating my sister's birthday tomorrow too...but we're using our cheat day..so I'm hoping to still maintain.
I re-figured out my foods using my excel spreadsheet and for the last 2 months I've been eating less than I thought I was...I'm only eating 1200 calories/day. That could be why I've been losing slower than I was before too...Dennis told me to up my cals to 1500 again because I may not be getting enough food for the current weight I'm at. Which can be a reason you don't lose weight.
Not much else going on...probably going to do some shopping today. It's gorgeous out today too so might spend some time outside or go for a walk/run or something.
