i was an active member here, i stopped posting for many reasons
1 i had achived my weight loss goal over a year ago
and was involed in a accident that left me badly restricted
and due to several things i kinda gave up and put back on some weight

alot has changed in my life i have a 13 year old daughter brittany
my wife has gastric bypass 5 doctors reccomened the surgery
she lost over 150lb and thankfully we had another child
april 9 2008 my son andy was born and is here very and very healthy

just wanted everyone here that i am ok ,and give an update on myself

i will dedicate myself to getting back healthy

you guys and gals (special thanks to missy) were great in helping me through your kind words and posts
