I had a killer workout with Dennis last night and my legs are paying for it today. It hurts to walk *LOL* I did lunges last night while holding a 45 pound weight...did 140 pounds on my calves, did 80 pounds on the chest press, 110 pounds on my upper back, 45 pounds on biceps, 55 pounds on shoulders, 40 pounds on triceps, 70 pounds on my hamstrings. In between I had to do lots of lunges, squats, jumping squats, running on the stepper.
Anyways...for today's workout I did 3 different tricep machines and I did my upper back today too...spent 50 minutes on the treadmill..burned off 360 cals or so. I have 2.5 pounds to lose until I break 100 pounds lost again...working my butt off this week and have been really anal with my food. Dennis was shocked last night when I told him how much I weigh...he seemed really happy and impressed.
