~Missy in May~
I'm starting May off in really good spirits. I always do my weigh in's once a week and always on Saturday mornings on an empty stomach. If I were to weigh myself anymore than that I'd get really discouraged throughout the week. I have been "giving it my all" in regards to my workouts and my eating and it's really paying off. I lost 2.5 pounds this week!! Since I started back with Dennis in January, I've lost a total of 22.5 pounds. In 4 months time most people would probably be able to drop way more than that...but considering how small I am now, it's really hard for me. 22.5 pounds seems really big for me...considering I was stuck in a plateau for almost a full year.
Matt's cousin and his girlfriend are coming up here this weekend and possibly staying with us. Their plans are kind of up in the air, but I think we're all going for dinner tonight (luckily it's cheat day!) Next weekend we're celebrating Matt's 26th birthday and his friend (our best man) is coming up for the weekend.
I'm going to start logging in my weight at the beginning of the month again because I always forget how much I've lost during the month because of changing my signature at the bottom. I'm logging in today at 163.5 pounds.
