Welcome to the boards.

There is nothing wrong with becoming a vegetarian, just make sure you are getting enough protein. Are you going to eat fish at all or just cut out red meat? Cottage Cheese is a good source of protein and nuts are a good source of healthy fats. Peanut butter as well (just watch the portion size.)

I happen to love the MorningStar Farms Veggie line...But try not to eat them everyday because they are loaded with preservatives and sodium. I made that mistake a while back and it slowed me down. As my mother says, "You have to eat clean."
