In answer to your question about out of business or restructuring; I am not sure. But if they are filing legal documents, chances are they are done. Their product line is still selling like hotcakes on EBay. I know that one issue clients have with them is that they aren't upfront with their fees. AND they are very very pushy about products etc. I haven't been watching too much tv lately unless it is on my iPod so I am not sure about new products. However it is clear to me that whoever designed that plan and some of the foods on it isn't as knowledgeable as they should be. The Protein bars are high in carbs, sugars, and calories. I pointed this out to a manager and she seemed surprised and almost went pale. If you are pushing something at least have the decency to be knowledgeable about it. The plan itself is fine. But when you add their processed crap; it blows everything.
