He delivers bread and has to go to work at 2 a.m. every morning and doesn't get back home until about 3 sometimes 4 p.m. only to go back to bed at 7:30 or 8 p.m. in order to get enough sleep for the next day. Every day he comes home he's so tired he doesn't feel like doing anything but going to bed. Does anyone have any suggestions PLEASE!!!!!!
First off I would have him eliminate things in his diet and replace them with healthy low cal things. Like no fast food and bring his lunch. Then I would have him bring enough water each day ina cooler and make sure it comes back empty every day. These two things alone will make a big diffence. Then add in some exercising like they suggested that he can do at home. And have him set a routine. Tell him good luck!
