30 minute elliptical
10 minutes stretching
I cut it short because of the weather. It's really snowing and blowing, and looked like white out conditions whenever I looked out the windows. I worked pretty hard, for most of those 30 minutes. It said I burned about 300 calories. I doubt that-- I know that's not the most accurate measurement, but at least I know I kept the intensity up.
I need to really focus on my diet. I obviously can't work off all the extra calories I want to consume, so I need to control what I consume.
