Week Two: Still no wait loss but that is ok cause I still have a long ways to go and weight loss doesn't happen over night. I have been eating really good this week. I bought me some low fat cottage cheese and fruit for my breakfast meal, been eating light for lunch and been baking my foods for dinner rather than eating something fried. Last night I made baked chicken breast with a sun dried tomato sauce, scalloped potatos and for dessert I made a light cheese cake from scratch.
My father-in-law moved in with us over the weekend and he is diabetic so that will mean making healthier meals which will be good for the whole family anyways. I took my daughter yesterday to get her stitches out and it looks like she will have very little scarring. Well time for me to get off here my son is screaming for his waffle, lol.
