I did a long workout this evening- 60 mins on the treadmill, upper body and lower body wieght training, and abs. I am so thankful that I am feeling much better and can workout more now, Praise the Lord!
I try to mix things up each week, so this week I am doing whole body weight training M,W,F, and focusing on 1-2 sessions of cardio each day on T,Th,Sat.
I'll try to post more in everyone else's journals later, I am headed for bed. I have been pretty busy, this weekend we got to see Michael, and also got to see that with God all things are possible!!
