My sleeping patterns have still been pretty wacky the past couple weeks. I need to get back into routine!!! I'm trying really hard at the eating aspect of things, but lately with my poor sleep I have not been hungry at all and a few days only managed to eat breakfast. Hopefully I'll get more of an appetite once I start sleeping right. I have lost some which makes me happy, but because I haven't been eating well, it'll probably come back on once I eat normally again.
