Good to see you posting again. Good luck on achieving all your goals this year....weight loss is all in the power of your mind. Your mind is what you need to overcome...the food & exercise is the smaller part of the overall success. It was the biggest struggle I had to overcome with myself along the way...but once you have the mind figured out...the rest comes easier. Battling the negative thoughts and the "I can't do it's" are what keep you from moving forward....you can do it, if you believe in yourself.
