Howdy!
Just discovered your boards and decided to join. I've always been a fan of Biggest Loser. My co-worker and I are starting our weighloss plan. She will be joining shortly...I can hear her over there typing away to register LOL. I don't need to lose a super huge amount of weight, but losing any weight can be difficult. I'm currently at 165, have been as low as 145 at one point with Weight Watchers (I'm 5'6). I still try to abide by those rules as much as possible. I've always been a chubby person, weighing in the 140's since junior high. My boyfriend is currently deployed and I want to totally blow him away when he comes back....therefore the weightloss. I would LOVE to weigh between 130-135. Just seems impossible sometimes since I haven't weight that since early childhood. I'm looking forward to any tips and encouragment you can give.
