need2bsmaller is on a distinguished road
Hello I am Need2bsmaller

I am 34 year old male who weighs 441lbs and started a version of the Biggest Loser book program on monday. I have been over weight since I was about 7 or 8 yrs old. I have a beautiful wife and we have 2 kids and I also have another daughter outside the marriage. I want to live to see all my kids grow up to adults and at the rate I am going that is not going to happen. So as of monday I finished The Biggest Loser Book that I bought months ago read and never used cause I was low carbing it at the time.

I have started to do "Walk away the lbs in the morning" It's a low impact 1 mile walk type arobics video. I am also keeping my cals to 2100 as the book says for anyone over 300 lbs. I plan on starting some circut training along the lines of whats in the book though I will have to modify some of it to fit my abilities. I will start that next week. My back and legs have been in some pain for three days but it is not to much that I can't handle it.

A year and a half ago I maxed out at 488 lbs I started lifting some light weights and watching what I was eating and on and off yo yo ed from 488 lbs to 438 lbs getting as low as 432 lbs once. I am tired of the back and forth I have lost the same 30 or 40 lbs 5 times in a year and a half. I am determined to stick with this program until I get down to 200 lbs. I know that it will be at least 2 or 3 years but I don't care this is my new lifestyle for good.
