Another newbie here, looking for support. I love the show and it has given me inspiration to do this for ME. I've lost 10 pounds since Oct 1 and still working to see the light when I lose my total of 80 lbs. Being older does make it hard to lose the weight, but I wont let that deter me. One day at a time and a pound or two a week lost and Ill be happy and a lot healthier!
