Turn it into a lesson and learn from it rather than regret it. Now you know the signs leading up to falling off the wagon so you can avoid it next time. The key is to not give up on yourself or your goal.

Remember, if it was easy, everyone would do it. You can do this!

I notice your first goal is to reach 200. You have to believe totally in your heart that you can do it. Make that goal as real as possible. Find what motivates you to keep going when you want to reach for that cookie or don't want to get on that treadmill.
