Hello All ..
I am a new member here and I would like to get advise from you all.
First of all I am from Kuwait! So I might not find some of the food u will tell me about. Anyway, I do my excises everyday.
I play cardio the most in classes like spinning, rebounds, steps and the machines like elliptical.
With all the above, but I don't lose much weight !
I need your advise on what to eat. An instructor in our gym told me that its better to eat carbs before the gym and then after the gym I should eat proteins, is that true !!
I need your advise and help. Note that I only need 10 kilo's to lose !
