Ok?? I already replied to this....someone must have deleted my post.
I said that it's probably a combination of everything. I've tried upping my cals, decreasing my cals, changing my workouts, changing my foods...nothing seems to work. I've lost a good amount of weight already, going from 261 to 173 (now). I eat 6 times a day about every 2-3 hours apart and drink 2.5 to 3 Litres of water everyday.
I'm not wanting anything low carb though...had experience with that already and would never do it again.
