Hello everyone! I'm new to the site and this is my first post! Hurrah!
I need some advice. I recently started college, and live in a great apartment complex that has a wonderful 24 -hour gym. Problem is it's one of those "Use at your own risk" gyms, and there is no one there to tell you how to use the exercise equipment, or what's best for you. The treadmill I can figure out, but what are the best machines for a 19 year old female to use? I don't want to bulk up, just slim out. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
