I agree with Damsel for the Walk Away the Pounds videos. I have one of them and even if he's tired he should be able to do them... plus I think the 1ile one is only around 20 minutes long so they don't take a lot of time. He could also work to incorporate more steps during his day.

Widdlecuddles - I just bought the Walk Away the Pounds video - it is a 30 minute video - does she tell you approximately how long of a distance you are working out to? I didn't catch it. I enjoyed this tape so much I am going to do this each morning...it definitely woke me up. I feel that the workout I did was better than going outdoors and walking for 2 miles (in the cold).
