Congrats on the weight loss, Mela. I've been continuing to very slowly lose weight...the first 15 lbs went pretty easily, the next 10 were hard, the 5 after that were very slow. But I also couldn't exercise much due to a knee that has very little cartilage left in it and is therefore painful all the time. My surgeon says this is no excuse--I can keep losing, I just have to eat right!
