I cannot figure out how to post photos here anymore, but if you look in the photo gallery you will see I posted a before and picture from December.
I just wanted to post another so you see that weight loss is not temporary and can be kept up with proper excercise and care.
I work out regularly and eat like a normal person now. No more dieting. I just opt for healthier options when I can, but take in normal sized portions. I still am able to take in 3000-4000 calories on a regular basis due to my workouts.
