I am beyond depressed right now. Just got back from an awesome workout at the gym, but while I was there found out that my one and only true inspiration has quit. He told me he's had enough of the crap that management has been giving all the employees there and he's leaving. He is going to another fitness training studio...but I won't see him anymore because I can't afford to switch gyms and pay membership fees upfront again. My motivation of going to that gym is totally shot since none of the people who inspired me to be there are there anymore. I don't blame him for wanting to leave. I've heard horror stories about the management there...but I'm going to miss him like crazy. I seriously love him to death. He saved my life. He's still in the city so I'm sure we'll get together once in awhile...but I'll have no one to ask questions at the gym anymore!

Anyways, Matt and I did the "fat burn" room today. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do any cardio because of my feet, but I did manage to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill today. I did run some of that too. Probably not the best idea..but I'm tired of having crappy cardio sessions. Ended up burning 265 calories on there today.

I'm going to go to the doctors tomorrow to get a referral for someone to look at my feet and possibly get custom orthotic running shoes. I can't take the pain anymore, it seems to be getting worse. I'm pretty sure it's plantar fasciitis since everything I've read about it seem to be what I'm experiencing.

Food for Today:
Breakfast: 2 omega-3 eggs, 2 flax toast, 1/2 banana, skim milk
Snack: 1 turkey bite, 1/2 flax bagel w/light cream cheese
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich on flax bread, chicken soup, 1 green apple
Snack: 1 large tangerine, 13 mini rice cakes
Supper: whole grain rice, hot peppers, chicken breast
Snack: whey protein shake, fruit bar

I haven't weighed myself in awhile either, I'm afraid to look because I haven't been doing that well lately...ahh well, I'm getting back on track little by little.
