Just got back from a very crappy workout. I guess it's still something, but I get so mad at myself when I can't achieve what I want to. I was doing well at the beginning of my workout, I did the circuit room, lifting pretty heavy as usual, had my heart rate up high...

Then, it got down to cardio time....and my foot pretty much gave up on me (my right one). I usually try to suffer through the pain my feet give me and pump out my cardio, but today something was actually "pulling" in my heels...and I don't want to pull anything or make things worse. So...stopped doing the treadmill and went to try the stationary bike...I was on there for maybe 10 min and burned like 15 cals or something. It's hardly worth it to me. I feel like I could walk to the corner in less time and burn more. I wish I had my REAL bike here...those stationary bikes are junk. I maybe did 15 min total of cardio today and maybe burned 50 cals at most....I'm so disappointed.

I think on Wednesday I might try kicking it up another notch in the room to burn more cals and maybe add the stepper (if I can)...it doesn't seem to be as bad on my heels because I can use the front of my feet to do it. Same with running the stairs, so I might try that.

I'm going to try that water bottle method Carol, it sounds like it would feel awesome on my feet.

Anyways, have a good night everyone!
