I'm really looking forward to tonight because it's the season premiere of Hell's Kitchen. I got into it the middle of last season, but decided I'm going to watch the whole thing from start to finish this year!
We got a downpour not too long ago, it was pretty windy for awhile too. I don't really have much in the terms of news to update on.
Today's Foods-
Breakfast: 2 omega-3 eggs, 2 flax toast, 1/2 banana, 1 cup skim milk
Snack: 1/2 flax bagel w/light cream cheese, 1 turkey stick
Lunch: salad w/light italian dressing, soup and an apple
Snack: 13 mini rice cakes, 1 tangerine
Supper: whole wheat pizza w/turkey sausage, mushrooms and peppers...no cheese
Snack: protein shake, 1 sugar free popsicle, caffeine free diet coke
