Ha! Missy, what you call a cheat day, I call a good one for me! I guess that's why my weight doesn't change much. I'm just so hesitant to do anything too drastic, that I know I won't keep up. I keep telling myself to watch the portions and to make smarter choices -- you know, like fruit instead of cake.... And I do try but I'm not very strict with myself, and I know I need to get a little tougher if I really want to lose any weight.
Keep up the good work Missy! I know what you mean about feeling good after a workout. It's a physical and mental thing for me. It feels great to work my body and it makes me feel good knowing I've done something good for me. Exercise is great --- I just wish it was enough and you could really lose weight with just exercise.
