Whole-Wheat Rhubarb Dream Bars

I have some rhubarb growing in my back yard, and I wanted to make something yummy but healthy. So I looked online and found a couple of recipes for "Rhubarb Dream Bars," and I altered them so I could make them healthy. (No white flour, no sugar, less butter!) Here's what I came up with, and they're great! Tart and slightly sweet at once.

Whole-Wheat Rhubarb Dream Bars

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 C. whole-wheat flour
5 individual packets of Splenda
2 T. butter

Topping:

2 eggs
5 individual packets of Splenda
1/4 C. whole-wheat flour
Dash of salt
2 C. rhubarb--fresh, diced

Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend crust ingredients and press them into ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and spoon evenly over crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until top is lightly brown. Let cool before cutting.
