www.myspace.com/amyrn05. I'm all for updating often. I've lost 5 lbs already this week. I'm so fat maybe it will come off quick. Did another 30 mins on the elliptical at the gym this afternoon. Trying not to take it too hard at first- don't want to burn out. I do have more energy- but tonight I am tired. I've stayed right at 1500 calories all this week. It comes fast-- learning how many calories is in a certain thing-- My friend had a banana this morning and a huge spoon of Peanut butter and I said "300 calories" She is so thin- and ALWAYS eating. I told her she's KILLING me!

Nah, I can take it. I haven't REALLY Wanted something that bad yet. I just Feel lighter, eating better. You ladies have a good night and great day tomorrow. Stay strong, we're in this together...
