I love this! We will support each other the whole way! I am working on getting a picture of myself up. Then you will get to see my "before" picture.
I started my program first thing Saturday morning. I am counting calories too. If I restrict a certain food group too much it just makes me want it more and then I lose control of everything. I also find that I weigh myself everyday. I can't wait a week, I want to know how I am doing daily.
I did some emotional eating tonight but compared to what I normally would have done I stayed a little in control. Our cat that had a lot of medical problems had to be put to sleep when I got home from work. I was trying to deal with it the best that I could and help my daughters as well. My 13 year old locked herself in her closet and hid under blankets with her guitar. We are all having mixed emotions because we miss him (especially when he was healthy) but we are relieved we don't have to deal with all of his problems anymore. I know that sounds bad.
I am totally exhausted and ready for bed. I will chat with all of you more tomorrow.
