I usually spend 2-3 hours in the gym. I drink 3-4 glasses of water before i go to exercise. After i work out for 1-1 1/2 hours, i take a break, drink some refreshments like blended strawberry, blueberry with ice or blended passionfruit with mango with ice and drink 2-3 glasses of water afterwards. Then take a break for 30-45minutes before go back to exercise for 1-2 hours. I feel much better and can continue exercise for longer time.
It works with me very well. I don't know if it works with you or not...
