HI De I hope you find the motivating you need to exercise. I found for me I had to make a decision to get up earlier in the morning cause if I waited til I got home from work, I was too tired and had a million excuses to not do it. But morning exercising has worked fopr me so far. Oh course I have only been doing it for about 2 weeks. Good luck to you on your journey to a healthier you
