I don't know if you have an Aldi's brand store around your area or not, but they have a new line of foods that are Fit and Light (or something like that). Honestly their prices aren't much higher than the fatty food prices, and I'm pretty sure I paid the same for my reduced fat dressing as the fully loaded stuff. I'm not sure, but I think I've replaced my pop with water. I did have a pop yesterday, but that was because I was out of water. Guess who beat tail to the store today to buy some? I even made a special trip, and with four kids, I'm not normally one to hit the store several times a week.

My sister has an Aldi's where she lives. She is always talking about what a cool store it is. I wish we had one but unfortunately in my town Super Wal-Mart is the only option we have.
