I saw Dr. Phil today, too. Great show. I try to keep only healthy snacks around the house. If you look carefully, there are lots of great options out there--various cereal bars, yogurts, flavored popcorns, freeze-dried fruits and veggies, fruit leathers, etc. And better yet, raw foods. My kids will eat just about anything if they have some sort of dip with it, so I'm always on the lookout for lowfat sauces and dressings.
