Welcome lady Jami and congrats on starting your new adventure! That is a great decision. Great jo also in quitting smoking. I have never smoked so I don't know how difficult it is to quit, but i have had friends that have had to deal with it. Great job. And I believe you[re right that if you can quit smoking... you cvan lose the weight... W e can do this together
