There's those that need to be yelled and cussed at to push them and then there are those that need somebody to lift them up and encourage them in a more gentle manner. I don't see anything wrong with either way, it's just a matter of opinion.

I guess so. To me, I just don't see how most would benefit from a trainer who goes easy on them. When I'm with my trainer I want him to push me to the max and MAKE me do it.
I know my trainer gets mad at people who give up when they are out of breath or tired and calls them energy leeches..he's even had people walk out on him....but if you are going to pay the money for a trainer, you have to be willing to do the necessary work.
