im not sure but what about doing some smoothies made with soya milk from what i have seen soya seems one of the best sources
Tofu
Brown Rice
Beans
Pulses
Wholegrains
Lentils
Chickpeas (hummous)
Soya Milk
Cereals
Tahini
Beansprouts
Potatoes
those are just a few i found
