Well Missy. I tried to eat lean meat for 1-2 days but i gained weight so i stopped but i'll try to eat more tuna fish. But i like seafood a lot... can i eat fish, shrimps, prawns or crab meat instead of pork, chicken??? I don't eat beef though.


I thought i already had a cup of yoghurt with strawberry or blueberry, so i wouldn't have to eat fruits.... Is that alright? I don't know... I hate myself when i want to lose weight very fast. Sometimes i think i try too hard to get rid of fat more than to keep in shape which the latter is much easier.

Anyway, in my country, we don't usually eat whole grains... Is there any substitutions for it? How about rye bread, wholewheat stuffs??? Rye bread and wholewheat bread are easy to find in a bakery shop... but i don't go out that much. Next week, i will go to such a beauty center--- they have machines to keep your body in shape. I decided to join them a few weeks ago. Don't know whether if it works or not. At least, i want to get rid of my cellulite at my hip and both upper thighs.

Now i exercise 15 minutes a day. But i will increase to execise 20-30 minutes by next week and start jogging in the morning then in the evening a few weeks later. I'm trying to get used to exercise. Sob sob. Never like it!
