oh well, i have a problem with poor metabolism. I've tried to starve myself but eating less than 500cal/day. It worked at the first few weeks but as the time gone by, it went very slow and i quit before i reached my goal weight.
Hope you can advice me Missy. I want to lose weight so much in the healthy way. I don't want to fail anymore.
This is my menu each day...
10 am a cup of yoghurt 150 cal
1pm 1/3 canned tuna 80 cal
4pm a cup of yoghurt (again) 150 cal / mixed salad - i don't know its cal
but it's all
vegetables such as cabbage, mushrooms,
carrots, eggplants
I do exercise 15 minutes everyday. But the progression is pretty slow. I lost 2-3lbs per week but i want to lose more.
