Unfortunately it's tv and we don't know what kind of language Jillian is getting from the contestants. My hubby and I were talking about that last night. Some things she says may just be edited for tv... on the other hand... it may be exactly as we see it. Guess, unless we are on the show, we will really never know.
I would love the opportunity to have Jillian as my trainer for a day... to push me harder than I think I can handle and then push a little more... taht's what I need to do for myself, but more often than not a stop when it starts getting a little hard.
