Talking My 2 Cents

I dont know if this will help or not. A couple of weeks ago, I was exercising my brains out an hour and a half a day, and sticking to roughly 1200 cals a day. Maybe a little more, maybe less. I gained weight that week. Your body may be trying to adapt to your new lifestyle and needs time to catch up. It may also be telling you to up the calories a little. I heard the minimum should be 1,200 a day. I think they may have been eating more on Biggest Loser to fuel their intense workouts. But, if you sweat it off and stick to your diet, eventually your body will make it up to you. The only honest gain you could have is from the late night runs to Taco Bell like I used to have. Is it really realistic to gain 2-3 lbs overnight? That used to flip me out too, but think how many calories you would have to stuff down to get that kind of gain. I dont know how many times my mother had to tell me that to calm me down. Sounds like you are doing great! Keep up the good work!
