I agree with that as well. Try not to focus on the number you want to lose, set smaller goals for yourself that are easier to reach and will make you happy when you reach them. Like Sarah Lou Smith said, try setting your goals at 10 pound increments and when you reach them give yourself a small reward such as a new haircut, new shoes, new clothes etc. Just don't reward yourself with food
