They have cereal bars here but they are too sweet for my taste but Daniella might be interested in those. Fruit is a great portable snack also (bananas, oranges, grapes, blackberries, raspberries, etc). I always carry a plastic spoon with me too that way I can eat yogurt, applesauce, puddings. I could go on forever about snacks because I eat 3 a day and they need to be portable because many times I am in meetings, leading programs, or on the road. Planning and preparation are extremely important.
