Yea I am trying to force myself to consume 1500-1800 calories each day, and then burn off at least 300 (preferrably 500) through exercise. It will be difficult though because I have a full schedule of classes, and I work part-time....so I won't get to work out as much as I would like. I have been using those caloric intake calculators to help me figure out how many calories to consume. I really hope it all works out. I am really just trying to get back into a size 14/16, which is the size I was about 70 pounds ago. I am currently a snug size 22.
