LOL -glad the jello worked for you! You have to have something -just make it a better dessert.

It is like withdrawls getting off sugar isn't it? Takes a few days to get your body to adjust. But you'll be much happier afterwards. I get 'no sugar added' frozen chocolate pops as a treat - only 40 cals each but I don't like jello much.
